My Trials and Tribulations of Living With Chronic Head Pain
Been there, done that, didn't work - but I know some who swear by it, including a cousin, who is also allergic to corn. Not so hard to do anymore, there are a lot of gluten free products out there. For me, I love brown rice so that became my major starch. Hope it does the job for you!!!
Well I'm not really sure I believe gluten is to blame for all the ailments it's claimed to be. But I am toying with the idea of trying it.
I say whatever works for you is good. It doesn't hurt to try. Hope you find relief!
I've been toying with the idea of trying gluten-free, too. Though, I'm not sure I could do it. I can't afford to lose weight, so until I gain more, I've got to just eat whatever I can! Blessings, dear.
Well Jamie...I say we try it together! I have trouble keeping up with an adequate intake of food too...and I have never been one to watch what I eat...so I know it will be a struggle.
Sorry it's taken me some time to respond. I might be willing to try it, but I need to stabilize from the surgery and everything first... I'm just not too sure about it yet either. If you're wanting to do it, I'll definitely be a cheerleader for you... and perhaps join you down the road.
I've heard mixed reviews either way, but you're right - when you're desperate enough, you'll try anything. I hope it will be the magic bullet for you friend! :)
